• Hands-on Organizing (Virtually): We work with you to declutter, reset, and create practical systems that make daily routines easier to maintain and actually hold up over time. Sessions take place over live video, and we guide you step-by-step while your hands do the work in your space.

• Decluttering & Zoning: We start by decluttering and zoning your space together in real time. As you show us what you have, we talk through what belongs in the space, what doesn’t, and how the area is actually being used. 

• Understanding Your Organizing Style: As we work, we talk through what does and doesn’t work for you. Your habits, preferences, and daily routines guide how the system takes shape — this is custom to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula. We consider whether you do better with visual or more hidden systems, and how your belongings naturally group together in large or small categories, so the structure supports the way you actually use the space.

• Space Planning & Measurements: As we work, we’ll guide you through measuring your space and help identify what types of organizing products make sense. We look at what you already own, what can be repurposed, and where adding new products may be helpful — often using a combination of both.

• Next-Step Product Planning: Once we’ve outlined what the space needs, you’ll purchase organizing products based on our recommendations. We can provide guidance on what to look for and how to choose items that will work well for your space and lifestyle.

• Product Installation & Follow-Up Sessions: When organizing products are needed, installation typically happens in a follow-up session after items have been purchased. Some clients choose to install on their own using the structure and guidelines we’ve established, while others prefer a follow-up virtual session for guidance as items are placed and systems are completed.
